I'm a 91 year old man with a 26 year old 1993 Infiniti Q45 sedan that normally runs beautifully but had recently been running erratically, sometimes missing, sometimes bucking on the freeway and sometimes dying out at a stop sign. Fearing the engine might die, leaving me stranded away from home, I stopped in at Isaac's J.V.Tire & Auto for advice, having read the enthusiastic reviews from his customers. He checked the engine diagnostics on my dashboard, noted that continued driving the car in its present condition could harm the engine, and suggested I leave the car with him for diagnosis and repair. He offered to have a staff member drive me home if needed, but after a phone call to my daughter, she offered to pick me up and I left the car with Isaac. Isaac phoned me the next afternoon stating that my no.6 and 10 injectors were not functioning and needed replacement. While original equipment parts for my 26 year old vehicle are no longer available, professionally reconditioned part are available from many sources. I had him order the parts and within several days, the car was repaired and ready for pick up. My old Infiniti is now running smoothly again and providing me reliable transportation The service Isaac provided was timely, effective, reasonably priced and deeply appreciated. He well deserves his reputation as a capable and trustworthy automobile professional.

Excellent communication between Issac and his staff and the 130k mile required service on our Ford truck.
