The store manager (Lorenzo) at the Cleveland, Ms. GoodYear store has always been very professional/helpful every time I visited this Goodyear location. I really appreciate his kindness. We need more people like him.

Held my truck for 4 days and didn’t do a thing to it, ended up taking it home with no work done to it.

Been going here 5 years... they don't try and sell you extras...

Isaac (the business owner) was selling a car on Craigslist for one their customer. Agreed over the phone and text for $6000. After paying almost $100 for Uber and being on the road for and hour he said he won’t take less than $6500 for the car. Dishonest business owner dishonest people. Scammers!!!

I would not bring my car here. If your a woman, they will try and sell you parts that you don't need. They will also charge way to much. They know we don't know how much parts are. Thats why you need to do research first. This shop is horrible.

Our van broke down while we were traveling from out of state. The owner, Isaac went out of his way to retrieve essential parts over an hours drive away in order to get us on the road for the Thanksgiving holiday. We really appreciated his commitment to helping us along with frequent updates about the work being done.
